Grab your walking shoes, your roller skates/blades or your bike, skateboard, wiggle scooter or WHATEVER and get out there! Walk, Roll, or Ride with someone (family, friend, etc.) at an appropriate distance for your social situation.
Go for whatever length of travel you feel comfortable with, just make sure it's in the fresh air. Breathe deep (I guess)? Weather not cooperating? Save it for another day or do something indoors (ex: running in place, walk around a room, etc.).
